Plus Size guided Swim Walk

NEW for 2022!

If you have ever worried that your body is too big, too slow, or just not right for physical activity then this gentle walk and swim is for you. The walk is on a gently undulating path with lots of stops to catch our breath and take in the view. Ideally you should have some prior experience of outdoor swimming and walking, but I aim to be inclusive of all levels so please check with me if you have any concerns. 

A packing list is providing after booking and equipment can be hired. This event is for women wearing UK dress size 16 or above.
