23-10-2022 WW Early Riser

There is nothing like the early morning calm down by a lake. On these early morning dips we take things a little slower and enjoy being present as the world wakes up. Join my relaxed and friendly swim group for a wander down to Wastwater. We walk on an undulating stone track to the lake to swim in the presence of the magnificent Wastwater Screes. The swim is head-up breaststroke and your time in the water is as long or short as you like, within reason. Bring a flask to enjoy a warming brew afterwards. We also go for breakfast at a local cafe afterwards - this is optional and not included in the price. This is a dog friendly event, dogs must be on a lead and not cause any disturbance to the rest of the group.
