Beginners and Refreshers Session

This session is for swimmers who have some prior experience but have maybe been away from open water, or would simply like a refresher ahead of getting back out there. It's also suitable if this is your first time swimming outdoors but you consider yourself a confident and competent swimmer. Check with me before booking if you have any concerns about your ability level. 

We generally swim breaststroke and you must be able to tread water. These sessions are not designed as training or coaching for a better stroke; you will learn the skills needed for safe and enoyable wild swimming.

It is assumed you have your own wetsuit etc for this session but hire is available at £10 per wetsuit. Post-swim refreshments are included in the cost.
