Beginners Follow On Session

The follow on session from my beginner and introduction courses.

You must be able to swim already: this is not a swimming lesson. It is most suitable for first time wild swimmers who have no prior outdoor swimming experience, or very minimal outdoor experience. In this type of session we swim breaststroke. If you already train in a pool and swim distances above 1km please check with me before booking.

Based in Crummock Water, you can expect a short walk down to the lake and an explanation of water safety, and how swimmers can minimise our impact on the environment. The swim is not measured in distance but it is timed to ensure your comfort and safety.

Wetsuits are optional depending on weather conditions. If you don't have one and would like to wear one please request this in advance.
