About the event
Bend and Bob your way to happiness with a lovely day of yoga and wild swimming in the central Lake District location of Ambleside.
Join Amy and I for a rejuvenating and refreshing day, combing yoga, wild swimming, and some gentle walking. We are welcoming of all abilities but particularly entry level and those who might be a bit rusty.
