Bend & Bob - yoga and swimming in Borrowdale

Join Amy and I for a lovely day of bending and bobbing in a peceful new location

During this retreat we stretch, contemplate, walk, swim, and eat cake. Ideally you should have some basic experience in yoga and wild swimming but guidance will be given in both. This is an entry level retreat so if you already practice yoga or swim to a high level please bear this in mind. 

We are based at Rosthwaite Village Hall, giving us a spacious indoor area for yoga. Our walk is on an undulating path to a quiet spot where we swim beneath the beautiful Borrowdale skyline. You do not need to be super fit to take part. Our pace is inclusive of all levels with emphasis on taking things a bit slower and supporting each other. You will need to carry everything you need for walking and swimming in a backpack.
