Borrowdale Wild Swimming Day Walk

Enjoy Borrowdale's dramatic scenery as we head up the valley in search of waterfalls and river pools. We will be swimming and dipping several times during the day. You must be confident swimming out of your depth and walking on uneven terrain.

The swims are not suitable for beginners. Ideally you will be comfortable to swim without a wetsuit however wetsuit swimmers can be accommodated. All of the swims are in small bodies of water and tow floats are optional. The walk goes over undulating terrain covering approx 5miles with no steep climbs. We will be walking for several hours so you will need a packed lunch, and we may also stop at a pub or cafe.
