Autumn is a good time to pause and reflect on the year so far before the final phase of the year. If the end of summer leaves you frazzled, let Scotland’s natural beauty and the soothing power of the sea renew you this autumn.
In October/November we head north to rest and recharge, and to welcome the final phase of the calendar. Spending four blissful days on the edge of the Moray Firth, this retreat is everything you need and more.
Our trip includes seaside sauna and yoga, sea swimming, and gentle walks, beach combing and creativity, free time and relaxation. On previous trips we have watched the Northern Lights dance across unpolluted skies, enjoyed autumnal walks in the impressive Findhorn river gorge, and taken invigorating dips in the sea in between visits to the wood-fired sauna.
