Full Moon Night Swim

Take a dusk dip and watch the moon rise over Derwentwater with bats and owls overhead if we are lucky! Hot soup served post-swim.

This swim is suitable for swimmers with prior outdoor swimming experience who are acclimatised for seasonal temperatures. This means you have swam outside in unheated water recently. Breaststroke swimming, not suitable for front crawl. You will need a tow float that you can place a light inside and/or a head torch. These can be hired if you don't have one. Wetsuit and accessory hire also available.
