Worried your swimming ability is not what it needs to be for outdoor swimming? Want to give it a go but your swimming ability is a bit rusty? Come and going my NEW confidence builder sessions at Greystoke Lido!

Enjoy the sensation of being outside whilst having a controlled environment to swim and build your confidence. With changing facilities and a gently heated pool, this is a great way to kick start your summer of swimming.

This session is open to all swimmers with a particular emphasis on nervous, weak, or new swimmers looking to improve so they can swim outside confidently. If you haven't swam very much in the past but would like to give wild swimming a go, this session is definitely for you.

Open to new and existing customers but you must book in advance due to limited places. Fully details will be sent on booking. Private session not open to the public or under 18s.
