Moon Rise Night Swim - Rydal Water

Thrills and chills under the cover of darkness! Join me on this exciting night swim where we swim out into the lake guided by torch light. Fancy dress is optional! 

If you have never swum in the dark before, come and give it a try under the careful guidance of qualified and insured swim guides. We take care of the safety and logistics so you can have a screaming good time!

You will need all your usual swim things, plus some extra warm layers for afterwards. Advice and guidance will be given regarding lighting, and equipment hire is available. 

This event is suitable for swimmers with recent experience of swimming outdoors, who are acclimatised for the current temperatures. Wetsuits are optional for acclimatised swimmers. If you are new to open water or have never swum outdoors or in unheated water please contact me before booking. There is a short easy walk to get to and from the water.
