Online Beginner Sessions

The new wild swimming season is just around the corner and if you are thinking of taking the plunge, why not join one of my informative online sessions? 

Taking place every Thursday in March the aim of the session is not to turn you into a seasoned pro, but to help ease nerves before you get started. It's still a wee bit nippy out in the Lakes so let us guide you through the beginner process from the comfort of your own home.
