Rydal Water Adventure Swim

An adventure swim suitable for most abilities. Chose from the 400m option, half a mile, or the full mile. Led at a leisurely pace, there will be plenty of time to stop for a chat and take in our surroundings.

You will need a swim bag for this event, suitable for full immersion and big enough for carrying your clothes, shoes, and a lightweight backpack.

This swim is not suitable for beginners.

Skin swimmers are welcome by prior arrangment. Wetsuits, swim bags, and thermal accessories can be hired.

Non-swimming walkers are welcome to join us and follow along the shore. At the end of the swim we call in at the pub (not included in the price).
