Swim Yoga Day Retreat

New for January 2023! Amy and I are hosting a relaxed day in Ambleside to shake off the post-festive pall. Join us in a very special room with a view over the fells for gentle yoga and movement. We have everything you need from mats to hot chocolate. All you need to do is bring yourself and leave your mobile phone and frazzled mind at the door. After yoga, we swim. This retreat is inclusive and the walking is limited, but you should be comfortable walking up to a mile on off -road trails and carrying a backpack with your swimming things and snacks. Wetsuits are optional for acclimatsed swimmers, and can be hired.
