Swim Yoga Retreat Day - Ambleside

Join Amy and I for a thoroughly lovely day in Ambleside as we welcome winter and the festive season with a wild swimming and yoga day. 

We are based at St Mary's Church Hall with it's wonderful views over Rothay Park and the fells beyond. Our y0ga space benefits from underfloor heating for a true winter warmer! 

Ideally you should have some basic experience in yoga and wild swimming, but guidance will be given in both. This is an entry level session so if you already practice yoga or swim to a high level please bear this in mind.

You do not need to be super fit to take part: our pace is inclusive of all levels with emphasis on taking things a bit slower and supporting each other. You will need to carry everything you need for wild swimming in a backpack and walk to the lake.



A packing list is sent after booking and equipment can be hired. Yoga mats, blankets, and blocks are provided. 

Places cost £125 and this is inclusive of equipment and refreshments.
