Swimming Wild Beginners - Crummock Water

First time and new swimmers welcome! Join a small friendly group of beginners to find your feet in open water. 

Guided at a gentle pace, the session will include an introductory chat and refreshments after. There is no pressure to swim a particular stroke or distance. If you are swimming outside for the first time, you should be able to swim 50m in a pool without stopping, tread water confidently and be comfortable swimming out of your depth. Regular swimmers wanting a refresher are also welcome.

Full kit hire is available, changing robes, swim caps and tow floats are provided. Hot chocolate and cake is included.
