Swimming Wild Beginners - May

Not swam outdoors since last summer/autumn? Ease yourself back in gently in a small friendly group. Guided at a gentle pace, the session will include an introductory chat and refreshments after. This is the ideal session for reacquainting yourself with the water and brushing up on skills. New outdoor swimmers are also welcome. If you are swimming outside for the first time, you should be able to swim 50m in a pool without stopping, tread water confidently and be comfortable swimming out of your depth.

Full kit hire is available, changing robes, swim caps and tow floats are provided. Hot chocolate and cake is served post swim.
