Swimming Wild - Beginners Session

Join a relaxed beginners group session in a secluded north-west Lakes location where we can enjoy a peaceful setting for your first wild swim.

Guided at a gentle pace, the session will include an introductory chat, kit check, walk to the water, guided swimming, and warm refreshments after. 

There is no pressure to swim a particular stroke or distance. Ideally you should be able to swim 50m in a pool and be comfortable treading water and swimming out of your depth.

Tow floats, swim caps, and towelling robes provided, along with a hot drink and snack. On booking a confirmation email will be sent with payment details, usually within 24hrs.
