Swimming Wild in Winter

Started swimming wild this year and don't want to stop? Thinking about swimming through your first winter? Whether you wear a wetsuit or not, this session is aimed at providing the skills and confidence to take on cooler temperatures, deal with adverse conditions and manage your safety. 

I will also share my experiences of swimming in winter water across the UK and competeing in the World Winter Swimming Championships.
