Tarn Swimming Walk for plus size women

NEW for 2022!

A slow hike to a mountain tarn for bigger bodies. If this is something you have always wanted to do but were too afraid of your body holding you back, come and join me. This is a non-judgemental and supportive walk, taken at a gentle pace with lots of stops.

You should be happy walking on uneven terrain and there will be an uphill walk of just over 1 mile. The walk is slow and no one is let behind. This route has been chosen with plus size bodies in mind and the walking pace will be gentle.

Ideally you should have some prior experience of outdoor swimming and walking, but I aim to be inclusive of all levels so please check with me if you have any concerns. 

A packing list is providing after booking and equipment can be hired.
