Wild Swimming for Beginners (April)

Classroom based beginner sessions packed with practical advice. Join my small, friendly group for an in-depth look at learning to swim wild. 

This session is most suitable for first time wild swimmers who have no prior outdoor swimming experience, or very minimal outdoor experience. In this type of session we swim breaststroke. If you already train in a pool and swim distances above 1km please check with me before booking. This session includes a short walk down to the lake and you will need to carry everything you need for swimming.

All equipment is included should you need it, and a packing list will be sent to you after booking. Refreshments are provided.
